Exchange Only Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer an exchange only for items returned within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• You contact us at raemeakingdzions.com within 15 days of receiving your item to initiate the exchange process.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note:
• Sale items, gift card items and custom products are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
• We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the returned item does not meet our exchange policy requirements.
