Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS and UPS within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at raemearoots@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, reship your order.
